An Accident Databank is included within the e-platform “Report an Incident” in both Greek and English (https://incident.reach-cheree.gr/en). The databank includes more than 600 accidents (updating of the databank is ongoing). Through the searching tool of the e-platform (https://incident.reach-cheree.gr/en/frontend/reports/search) relevant accidents can be selected from the accident databank according to a key word or date of accident occurrence. All data have been inserted in the accident databank by using standard notification forms (similar to EC notification) that include an exhaustive list of identified fields for all possible accident characteristics. All inserted data have been verified for relevance and reliability to the contents and fields identified per accident.

The databank fieldsinclude a separate field called “Lessons Learned” where the relevant lessons per accident can be extracted since they are inserted in specific cluster.
