Action C.1 is dedicated to defining project impact with indicators reflecting project results and achievements.
A strategy is adopted to monitor the project impact in accordance with the widely acknowledged approach and common principles of International Standards addressing management systems e.g. 9001, 14001, 18001, etc. The Impact indicators are in line with the strategy adopted and address changes in awareness, policy, knowledge, capacity and behavior of stakeholders in a complete and adequate manner. They are specified with the supporting material received by ECHA and the 2 MSs on implementation of REACH/CLP & SEVESO III.
